Jon is the President, Chief Operating Officer for Grass Valley. He believes in building and developing high-performing organizations driven by business growth, optimizing performance and driving great outcomes for customers.

Jon joined Grass Valley in October 2023 from Telestream where he held multiple senior executive roles, having most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer, with a broad mandate across the business including responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations. During his time at Telestream he helped lead the business through a rapid expansion via numerous acquisitions. This enabled a significant expansion in the company's product portfolio, capabilities, international presence and financial performance.

Jon came up through the finance ranks, and prior to joining Telestream as Chief Financial Officer in 2019, he was the CFO of Radisys, a publicly-traded provider of media processing and mobility solutions for telecom infrastructure. During his tenure, he led a transformation of the business model which ultimately resulted in a successful sale of the company to Reliance Jio. In addition to holding the role of CFO, Jon was responsible for all enabling-function organizations, operations and leading the company’s largest product line. Previously, Jon held various senior-level financial roles at Radisys and began his career at the accounting firm KPMG where he earned his CPA. He holds a BS in Accounting from Linfield University.
