As Chief Revenue Officer for Grass Valley, Tim is responsible for GV’s commercial activities globally, defining the company’s go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key clients and channel partners, securing multi-year, recurring revenue enterprise agreements and addressing new markets.

Tim has worked in the media and entertainment space for over 25 years, firstly within Snell & Wilcox before assuming responsibility for Global Sales in Snell (following the merger with Pro-Bel) and then heading-up Sales in EMEA for Quantel and SAM.  During this time, his career has spanned periods being based in the UK, the US and in France.

Within GV, Tim has established an exceptional sales and pre-sales presence in-region and achieved impressive rates of revenue and market-share growth. Grass Valley has positioned itself as the leading trusted partner for clients seeking to plot their path through an ever-more uncertain and competitive marketplace by adopting emerging technologies and innovative technical and commercial solutions.

Tim holds an MA (Cantab) in Social Political Sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA with distinction from Kingston University and he has served on the board of the IABM and the Digital TV Group.
